Our automatic airless spray guns and valves embody innovative technology, the highest precision and maximum process reliability. They ensure consistent material application and control, require very little maintenance, are easy to service and ensure an efficient production process.

High-quality materials such as stainless steel, anodised aluminium and specially hardened components are ideally suited to continuous use and can be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of systems. In this way, they provide the perfect foundation for consistently high quality and reliable processes.

Our automatic airless series is available in three sizes. DN2 for nominal pressures up to 250 bar, suitable for a wide range of applications such as a paint spray gun, a control valve in manifold blocks or a hardener spray gun. Optional connections for release agent indicators, stroke adjustment options, sealing plugs and dual-sided material inlet are included as standard.

Our DN5 valves with a nominal pressure of 250 bar and our DN9 valves with a nominal pressure of 160 bar are suitable for higher flow rates or viscous fluids. Seals can be fitted in either Viton or Viton Extreme.

In addition to all plug-in valves, our colour distribution blocks offer a modular solution for combining multiple colours and ensuring precise and reliable material control.
