IBK – Mixing and lifting stations

With the modular IBK mixing and lifting stations, you’re one step ahead. In addition to pre-configured mixing stations for 30L, 200L and IBC containers, customised solutions can be configured to meet specific customer requirements, such as container size and material properties. The motor, coupling, shaft and agitator element are the variable components. To ensure the agitator is correctly connected to the container or lifting station, you can choose the appropriate crossbeam, wall bracket or lid. The best part: crossbars and container lids feature a universal hole pattern, meaning that retrofitting or upgrading the agitator motor to meet changing requirements is no problem. Sensors, e.g. for level monitoring, and suction systems can be fitted to the existing connections. High-quality stainless steel materials and ATEX-certified components meet the requirements of virtually any application. For pneumatic drives, our energy-efficient ECO-Line radial piston motors and the new series of proven vane motors, with or without a gearbox, can be used. Electric drives for different tank sizes are designed and manufactured to order.

For the lifting stations, single-acting mechanical or pneumatic stations with a 425 mm stroke can be used for lighter loads. For the higher-specification version, double-acting lifting stations with safety controls and two-hand operation are used, with stroke lengths of 550 mm and 950 mm.
